Recipe

From the kitchen of Catherine Anderson

  • 1/4 cup of popcorn kernels

  • 2-3 tbs of oil (we like unflavored coconut oil)

  • 1 tbs of Humble Salt

  • 3 tbs of salted butter

Instructions

  1. Add 2-3 tablespoons of cooking oil to your Dutch oven over medium heat. Let it heat up and then add in 1/4 cup of popcorn kernels.

  2. Place the lid on your Dutch oven and let it cook over medium heat for 3 minutes. Shake the pan every 30 seconds. When you hear the pops begin to slow down you know it’s time to remove the popcorn from the heat.

  3. Take the lid off and transfer your popcorn into a big bowl.

  4. Pour 3 tablespoons of melted butter over the popcorn and then shake some Humble Salt over the top. Toss it all up and enjoy!
